$100 Billion Global Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a VP Construction, Project Management & Facilities
*Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services
*Manage All Corporate Offices & Locations- Construction Projects, Facilities Operations
*Lead Initiatives to Optimize Space; Create the Best Possible Work Environment
*Oversee the Corporate Real Estate Locations-Renovations, New Acquisitions
*Negotiate New Lease Agreements
*Manage Relationships with all Third Parties- Brokers, Landlords, etc.
*Oversee Compliance for Entire Real Estate Portfolio
*Manage Property Insurance and Relationship with Insurance Broker
*Oversee all day to day Operations of Facilities
*Lead All Construction and Renovation Projects
*Manage All Technology Infrastructure Projects
*Manage Relationships with Architects, Contractors, and Technology Vendors
• Develop and Manage Budgets for Real Estate, Facilities, and Construction Projects,
Qualifications:
*10+ Years Experience with Facilities Management, Construction, Workplace Design & Project Management at a Large Global Organization with Multiple Corporate Locations/Facilities
*Asset Management and/or Financial Services Industry Experience a Plus
*Strong Background in Negotiation, Financial Analysis, and Project Management Skills
*Lease Experience a plus
*Strong Leadership Skills
*Advanced Experience in Working with Third Party Vendors and Managing all Relationships
