We're looking for a Real Estate Associate with 3–6 years of experience (or an advanced degree) to take a lead role in asset management across a diverse, performance-driven portfolio—and support select acquisitions as we scale.
This role offers full exposure to multifamily, office, industrial, and an actively operating hotel under a new lifestyle brand. You'll be hands-on with day-to-day performance, strategic planning, and long-term value creation across multiple asset types.
What You'll Focus On:
🏢 Multifamily – Oversee ~1,500 units across multiple properties: budgets, capex, NOI optimization.
🏬 Other Assets – Asset management support across office and industrial, including one undergoing ULURP.
🏨 Hospitality – Financial oversight and performance tracking for a new hotel brand (open and operating), with a recap on deck and new acquisitions planned.
📈 Acquisitions – Underwrite and support new deals, especially in hospitality, as we expand.
What You Bring:
- 3–6 years in real estate, ideally with multifamily and/or hospitality experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel required; Argus/CoStar/STR a plus).
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Sharp, organized, and comfortable managing complexity in a lean environment.
Compensation:
💰 Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
💼 Bonus eligible + long-term growth potential
