*Reporting to the CFO
*Supervising a Staff of 5-6
*Oversee all of Corporate Accounting, Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
*Manage System Implementations & all Technology Improvements
*Oversee, Implement & Improve Accounting Policies & Procedures
*Budgeting & Forecasting
*Present Financial Results to Senior Leadership
*Oversee Annual Audits
*Cash Flow Analysis
*Expense Analysis
*Special Projects
Qualifications:
*12+ Years Real Estate Corporate Accounting Experience. Ideal Candidates will have a Mix of Public/Private
*CPA/MBA a big plus
*Strong Knowledge of GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls
*Yardi a Big Plus; Strong Excel & Analysis Skills
*Strong Supervisory & Leadership Skills
