Authority Agent is a California-based media company specializing in high-end real estate video marketing. We produce cinematic, engaging content that helps real estate agents establish authority and attract sellers & buyers on YouTube. We’re looking for a highly skilled videographer who can replicate the high-end, cinematic style of Enes Yilmazer to capture luxury properties and engaging agent-led walkthroughs.

Job Overview:

We need a professional videographer with high-level directing skills to film real estate videos in Bell Canyon, CA. The agent will be walking through the home, engaging in a natural, conversational format—not looking directly at the camera but speaking to you (as if you’re the client). Your job is to guide the conversation, ask relevant questions, and capture the flow naturally while ensuring a smooth, professional final product.

This role requires top-tier filming skills, storytelling ability, and high-quality equipment to achieve a polished, luxury real estate video. Key Responsibilities:

Film high-end real estate walkthroughs with a professional cinematic approach
Direct the agent naturally—engage in conversation, ask leading questions, and guide the flow
Use high-quality equipment (professional camera, drone, gimbal, wireless mic, etc.)
Capture cinematic B-roll (slow-motion, luxury lifestyle shots, aerial drone footage)
Ensure smooth stabilized tracking shots through the home
Record crisp, clean audio with wireless lavalier mics
Use natural lighting techniques and proper color grading for a high-end aesthetic
Deliver footage in RAW format for post-production editing.

Requirements:

Experienced in luxury real estate videography (must provide portfolio with examples)
Proficiency with professional cameras (Sony FX3, Canon R5, or equivalent)
Skilled with gimbal stabilization (Ronin, Zhiyun, etc.) for smooth tracking shots
Ability to fly a drone (DJI Mavic 3 Pro, Air 3, or equivalent) for aerial footage
Strong directing & communication skills to engage naturally with the realtor
Ability to capture high-quality sound with lavalier microphones
Must have own camera, gimbal, drone, audio gear, and lighting setup
Experience shooting talking head YouTube-style luxury real estate content

Preferred Experience:

Background in cinematic filmmaking, high-end real estate, or lifestyle videography
Familiarity with YouTube video formats & engaging real estate content trends
Experience working with luxury realtors or high-net-worth clients

Compensation:

$50-75 per hour (depending on experience and gear)
