Key Responsibilities:
- Studying current market and trends
- Following up with lead generation
- Tracking client database
- Prospecting to target audience and client database
- Communicating with client database
- Researching and analyzing the current market, developing real estate comps
- Scheduling listing/buyer appointments
- Maintaining property listings
- Showing homes and guide clients according to team standards of performance
- Writing, presenting and negotiating offers and contracts per team methodologies
- Creating and presenting listing presentations
- Coordinating transactions through to closing
- Assisting sellers and buyers
- Coordinating with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, attorneys, contractors, and home inspectors
- Obtaining client testimonials and feedback
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 real estate transactions completed- more is a plus.
• High level of verbal and written communications skills
• Exemplary time management skills
• Comprehension of real estate systems and procedures
• Knowledge of real estate technology is an advantage
• Familiarity and comfort with the Denver Metro
Education/License Requirements
• Real Estate License
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is an advantage
