Essential Functions:
- Customer Interaction: Field and evaluate customer inquiries (typically 8-10 inbound calls per day), compare solutions, and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport by actively listening to understand customers' immediate needs and motivations. Document interactions, capturing both personal and financial insights for future personalized communication.
- Smart Selling: Educate and coach customers on products and services that benefit them, enabling informed decision-making.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of potential customers at various stages of the refinancing journey, handling both business development and relationship management.
- Collaboration & Contribution: Share learnings with team members and leaders, contributing to team initiatives. Support your peers through mentorship and feedback.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in financial services or a sales environment, meeting quotas, metrics, or goals.
- Drive to succeed in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective sales and closing techniques, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent overall computer skills.
- Commitment to obtaining a NMLS License (Company provides paid training time and exam costs).
- High School, GED or Equivalent Experience
