Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner (“TAP”) is an integral part of the corporate talent acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting recruitment across Early Careers, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance. This position will report to the TA Supervisor and work closely with the client group HRBP and line managers to design and deliver the recruitment solution for the business group assigned and all recruitment outcomes from an operational and tactical perspective. The TAP will help position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs.
Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job):
- Full cycle recruitment from Intake to Onboarding.
- Organize and participate in recruiting events for designated universities (career fairs, classroom presentations, socials, student organization meetings, campus interview dates, etc.)
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with campus departments, faculty, and students
- Coordinate the cooperative education and internship program for designated office
- Will be responsible for completion of new hire I9 forms.
- Proficient in Boolean sourcing and other sourcing tools.
- Responsible for recruiting across the entire enterprise.
- In conjunction with the hiring manager, develop innovative and appropriate active and passive sourcing strategies.
- Develop competency-based interview guides and scorecards for all positions.
- Coordinate the overall recruiting process for Early Careers, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Mfg. Engineering and Quality Assurance.
- Source passive candidates for professional level roles.
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Oversee / coordinate on-site face-to-face interviews with the assistance of the site Office Services and People Partners.
- Conduct data integration sessions with the hiring manager and interview team to support the best candidate who is hired.
- Ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion dimensions are properly considered.
- In collaboration with the Operations People Partner, hiring manager, corporate compensation, and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, develop appropriate offer terms.
- Review, track, and respond to student applications received via Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure background checks are completed for all Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Mfg. Engineering and Quality Assurance new hires, I9 forms completed and maintained.
- Ensure requisitions are closed in Dayforce.
- Establish and maintain relations with local colleges and universities to source new college graduates for professional and supervisory roles.
- Establish and maintain relations with local community colleges and tech schools to ensure a robust source of technician talent.
- Ensure compliance with our SOX Hiring narrative: up to date job descriptions, approved requisitions, postings, etc.
- Provide feedback to Talent Acquisition and People Partner on hiring process to improve processes for candidates and hiring managers.
- Train/guide hiring managers in any process changes in the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with other leaders in HR/People Partners and inform and implement Workforce Planning strategies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organization Behavior, Industrial Psychology, or related field, required.
- 2 - 4 years of product manufacturing recruitment experience required; Experience in medical device manufacturing and at least one (1) of the following: Regulatory Affairs, Quality Systems, Medical Device Operations, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Mfg. Engineering or Quality Assurance, required.
- High volume recruitment experience required.
- Ability and willingness to travel, required.
- 3 years of Early Careers/University Recruiting, required.
- Successful track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates, required.
- Regulatory and international experience, preferred.
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, required
- A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
