We’re a small, tight-knit team tackling one of the most complex but rewarding niches in real estate: distressed property acquisitions through heir buyouts. That means we cold call family members of deceased property owners (many of whom don’t even know they own something) and buy their inherited share of the property for cash — while we fix the title mess behind the scenes after we purchase it.
If tracking people down online, connecting the dots no one else sees, and cold calling a stranger’s neighbor to get answers sounds more fun than scary — you’re going to feel like this role was made for you. We care less about you understanding the legal side as you join our team, and care more about your willingness to learn and do the work that’s required to get results daily.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Cold calling heir leads every day — yes, cold calling is a must
- Uncovering pain points and helping heirs understand what they own
- Gathering documentation, and researching family history
- Helping families resolve complicated estate problems while making a great income
✅ You’re a Fit If:
- You’re fluent in Spanish and comfortable switching between Spanish and English mid-call
- You have real sales experience — ideally phone sales or cold calling (this role is not for beginners)
- You live near North Dallas and can commute to Frisco or Plano a few days a week when our office opens.
- You will operate remotely until our office opens.
- You’re hungry, organized, and not afraid of tough conversations
- You can thrive in ambiguity and take initiative without babysitting

- $24,000 base salary
- Commission on closed deals
- On-track earnings: $50,000–$70,000/year, with potential for six figures if you crush it

My name’s Ajay. I’m a happily married real estate entrepreneur who co-runs a profitable real estate firm and also coaches other investors on sales. I was born and raised in the Midwest, and was blessed enough to move out to Texas a few years ago, although it certainly feels like home now.
