Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants, maximize occupancy, and drive rental income.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and top-tier brokers; manage broker agreements and performance.
- Execute or oversee marketing campaigns to promote available space through online listings, signage, and events.
- Negotiate lease terms aligned with ownership goals; oversee lease preparation, execution, and renewals.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing, identify trends, and guide leasing decisions.
- Assist with leasing-related budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Support investor and ownership reporting with updates on tenant activity, renewals, and market conditions.
- Work cross-functionally with asset management and other teams to align leasing with broader property goals.
