Position Summary:
As a Recruiter you play a pivotal role for our staffing initiatives. This role positions you as a strategic and consultative business partner to our clients. Your focus extends beyond talent acquisition; you are entrusted with aligning exceptional talent with our clients in a consultative manner.
Position Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:
- Spearhead the analysis, selection, and interviewing of candidates through comprehensive phone, video and face-to-face interactions.
- Execute recruiting strategies, fundamentals and core principles.
- Determine applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis, reference verification (where applicable), and alignment with job requirements.
- Leverage recruiting tools and technology to assist in fulfillment of job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews by managing schedules, and personally escorting applicants through the process.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify top candidates that aligning with client openings, build pipelines of passive relationships to become an industry expert and add value to clients by being proactive.
- Complete full cycle recruitment process – including but not limited to:
- Screen candidates
- Prep candidates for interviews
- Facilitate communication throughout the interview and placement process
- Negotiate compensation packages
- Help navigate onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain candidate relationships! Not just during the placement process, but long-term.
Minimum Requirements:
- Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing production objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with internet-based applications.
- Active listening skills with an ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to change.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Desire to work in a competitive environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Understanding and openness to technology and documentation
- Contest level performance and/or track record of growth of placement results over time.
