Responsibilities
Kforce's client, a rapidly growing private equity firm in New York, NY is seeking a Vice President - Talent Acquisition to support their corporate office and portfolio companies. This is a fully remote role with outstanding compensation and benefits. Summary: This role will be responsible for building out their internal search function to include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high potential professionals. This is a very critical role working closely with our leadership team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in talent acquisition from the retained search, contingency staffing, or a comparable in-house role
- The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated hands-on experience and deep expertise in executive hiring
- Demonstrated track record of identifying executive/leadership (C level) candidates across multiple industries and functions
- Strong business acumen and superior communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
