Bridgerock Capital Holdings, Inc. (“BridgeRock”) is a privately held, New York City based CRE investment and asset management platform. Over the past 7 years, we have completed/advised ~$3.5 billion of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions and have performed workouts of ~$2.5 billion of commercial real estate loans. BridgeRock currently manages ~$1.8 billion of assets. At BridgeRock, it is important for the individual to be detail oriented, accountable, and effective. The individual will be exposed to multiple large-scale investment opportunities, complex workout projects, and will be working closely alongside with senior level management.
Job Description:
· Performing analysis of deals, including due diligence, market research, and preparation of investment/credit committee materials.
· Preparing and evaluating Argus files and sophisticated Microsoft Excel models for underwriting investment opportunities/workout scenarios and reporting to senior management on the viability of potential investments/strategy for workout.
· Creating multiple scenario analyses to determine potential risk adjusted returns and/or workout strategy.
· Conducting calls with borrowers, intermediaries, and consultants to evaluate markets and submarkets.
· Monitoring and analyzing the compliance and performance of existing portfolio, including but not limited to loan covenants, business plans execution, rent roll, and sub-market fundamentals of the collateral, and maintain Bridgerock Asset Management System.
· Perform site inspections which will require some travel.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates concentrating in real estate, finance, law and/or accounting.
· Approximately 4+ years of related experience with exposure to commercial real estate investments in the U.S.
· Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Argus.
· Comfortable reading and understanding legal documents.
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines.
· Excellent verbal, writing, and communication skills.
· Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively in fast-pace environment.
· Proficiency in Korean language required.
