Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and interviewers across our North American hiring efforts. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, and candidate experience support—along with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule a combination of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all stakeholders
- Manage logistics for onsite interviews in San Mateo office, including video conferencing setup, assessment coordination, and interviewer preparation
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to keep hiring timelines on track
- Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and our Interview Ticket Management System, and generate reports as needed
- Partner with the TA Ops and People teams on onboarding handoffs and process improvements
- Support employer branding and hiring events (virtual and in-person), as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of recruitment coordination or HR coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- We use Workday and SmartRecruiters, any experience with these would be a plus.

This is a contract role with potential for future conversion to full-time. We are targeting an hourly rate of $25-45/hr.
