Today, BGCSL serves more than 5,000 youth across 25 Clubs, including 24 school-based Clubs in San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, and Union City, and our dedicated Teen Clubhouse.

Position Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. This role focuses on managing recruitment logistics, coordinating candidate experience, and assisting in proactive talent acquisition strategies. Working closely with the Recruiter and hiring managers across all sites, the Recruiting Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining organized hiring workflows, tracking recruitment data, and facilitating effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
