Summary of Position:
The Open House / Broker Tour Host is responsible for facilitating open house events for properties listed for sale. You will create a welcoming and informative environment for potential buyers, showcase the property's features, and gather valuable feedback for the listing agent. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
- Generate leads (interested or potential buyers of that home or other homes) for DeLeon Realty
- Maintain accurate records of open house attendance, feedback, and any follow-up actions required
- Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork related to open house events and potential offers
- Prepare the property for open house events, ensuring it is clean, well-staged, and all marketing materials are prominently displayed
- Showcase the property's features and benefits to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points
- Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with information about the property and neighborhood
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential buyers, promoting a positive and informative experience
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- California Real Estate Salesperson License
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly responsive with communications to both clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills
- Good judgment and the ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to act professionally in a collegial environment
- Strong multitasking skills
Salary: $250 / event (typically 4-5 hours)
