Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Commercial Closer/Escrow to manage transactions from inception through closing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in title and escrow services, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a deep understanding of the title process, including title commitment review, underwriting, and title clearance, as well as the ability to work closely with clients, lenders, realtors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful closing experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
- Review and interpret title commitments, identifying and resolving title issues
- Coordinate and perform title clearance, including underwriting assistance
- Analyze and interpret property surveys for potential issues
- Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction
- Schedule and facilitate closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Foster positive relationships with clients, agents, and partners
- Support business development efforts and contribute to company growth through sales experience and client retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 2: years of experience in the real estate, title, or escrow industry
- Strong knowledge of title commitments, underwriting practices, and closing procedures
- Ability to read and interpret property surveys
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Sales experience or customer service background is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with closing software and industry tools
- Notary Public certification (if required by state)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
