We're working with a top-tier real estate investment firm seeking a Associate to support a high-impact hybrid role across asset management, acquisitions, and development.
📌 Why This Role Stands Out:
- Direct exposure to C-suite and executive leadership
- Hands-on work across the full capital stack: debt, equity, and JV waterfalls
- Involvement in real-time investment decisions, lease structuring, and valuation strategy
🎯 What You’ll Bring:
- 3–7 years in commercial real estate finance, preferably in structured finance or asset-level underwriting
- Advanced Excel + ARGUS Enterprise proficiency
- Ability to build models from scratch (not just review)
- Deep experience modeling waterfalls, promote structures, and refinancing/acquisition scenarios
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset — thrives in fast-paced, lean environments

- Experience with large-scale, commercial asset classes
- Exposure to early-phase development modeling and market research
