This 12-week paid internship is tailored to your area of interest and designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and get an inside look at how we operate across our dynamic businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth research on recent property sales within the local market
- Learn to assess the potential impact of renovations on the value of investment properties
- Assist Operations and Renovation teams on regular projects, including market analysis and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with fellow interns to solve complex real estate challenges, encouraging creativity and innovative problem-solving
- Perform additional duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organizational systems
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and entering your senior year
- Coursework experience in Real Estate
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- The ability to work collaboratively
- Drive to learn, and willingness to take on challenges

This is a paid internship offering a compensation of $20 per hour. Wedgewood occupies 50,000 square feet in a state of the art headquarters in Redondo Beach, California and has been named Company of the Year by the city. Wedgewood has additional office locations in Las Vegas and Dallas, and along with smaller offices throughout the country.
