Savage X Fenty is looking for a
Senior CRM Manager to join our growth marketing team, to lead the planning, forecasting, and optimization of our CRM initiatives. This role is critical in shaping the future of our CRM strategy, driving customer engagement, and maximizing business impact across key CRM channels such as email, SMS, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance forecasting, and a deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing. You will collaborate cross-functionally with brand & acquisition marketing, analytics, and external vendors to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and ensure our CRM efforts align with broader business objectives.
This role reports to the
Sr Director of Acquisition & CRM.
What You’ll Do
- Own KPI planning in collaboration with the Sr. Director and finance, setting and refining CRM channel targets.
- Develop forecasting models to project CRM performance across email, SMS, and emerging channels.
- Lead strategic channel planning to optimize performance, integrate new CRM channels, and strengthen the overall program.
- Develop and execute A/B testing across CRM touchpoints, leveraging insights to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze customer data to identify optimization opportunities and personalize the customer journey by segment.
- Analyze and report on weekly CRM campaign performance across all channels, identifying key trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the A/B testing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Own CRM KPI reporting, providing regular insights, growth trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Track progress and execution of all CRM initiatives, including email, SMS, transactional messaging, new channel initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Develop, implement, and refine customer segmentation strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
What You Can Bring
- 5+ years of CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience, with a proven track record in performance-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and KPI planning.
- Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
- Effectively presents content and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $107,400 - $137,500. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
