As our Director of Brand Marketing, you will drive Maiden Home’s brand marketing and develop compelling, integrated marketing plans that drive results across the funnel while creating strong emotional connections with our clients. This role will own the 360 go-to-market strategies for all key brand initiatives and product campaigns, as well as lead strategy and execution of our brand marketing and communications channels (site, social, events and activations, PR). This role will be responsible for leading our top of funnel brand strategy to maximize reach, awareness, and engagement through robust integrated marketing activations.

This role is located at our New York headquarters, located in the TriBeCa design district.
Responsibilities
- Lead 360 go-to-market strategies for all key brand initiatives and product campaign.
- Own the cross-functional brand and marketing calendar to deliver streamlined messages across email, social, and paid media channels.
- Partner and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Site, Operations, Product, Sales) to ideate, drive and deliver brand and product marketing campaigns
- Partner and collaborate with external teams that support campaign initiatives (e.g., freelance talent, agency partners).
- Directly manage and own the strategy and execution of brand & communications channels, including brand initiatives, events and activations, storytelling and messaging, content creation, social media, and PR/communication.
- Brand initiatives: Deliver a strategic roadmap of brand-driven initiatives to drive awareness and desirability, owning all critical steps (ideation, concepting, execution, and hindsight).
- Creative: Partner with internal Creative Team to define and implement a strategic multi-tiered creative approach, fostering covetability from high-level campaigns through to day-to-day owned content, developing meaningful ongoing content creation that drives the marketing funnel
- Content Calendar & Social Media: Define growth strategies and objectives across Maiden Home organic social platforms in an effort to reach channel success KPIs and goals. Ideate and implement quarterly, monthly & weekly social media plans that deliver on key objectives, including brand values, brand awareness, product discovery & education, and purchase consideration.
- Consolidate reporting from every channel into a single, digestible view (e.g. campaign recaps) and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Drive decision making through client insights and analytics to determine the best way to engage clients, measure brand awareness efforts & success, deliver sessions to site while assessing corresponding ROI.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client (private or trade), their evolving needs and preferences, and the competitive landscape to craft compelling strategies that attract new customers and deepen the loyalty of existing customers.
- Partner with the Product & Merchandising team to develop the value proposition and positioning of our products.
- Champion brand strategy, brand aesthetic and brand standards across all consumer touch points and content execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors, as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or similar2+ years of people management, mentorship, and team development.
- Channel experience in brand activations, event marketing, and social media.
- Experience in luxury goods, with a strong sense of luxury brand levers.
- Strong results-orientation, able to quickly gain an understanding of customers’ behavior and can turn data and insights into actionable plans that build a strong base of brand advocates.
- Ability to thrive in a high ownership/accountability work environment which encourages you to turn blue-sky ideas into a reality.
- Strategic and creative thinker with an understanding for how brand marketing levers drive brand positioning, awareness, revenue, consumer engagement, and ROI.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that are grounded in being culturally- aware and naturally curious–you know what other brands are doing.
- High energy with a positive outlook and a strong bias to action.
