O’Melvenyhasanimmediateopeningfora
RealEstateProjectSpecialist.Thisrolecanbebased out of
any of our US offices and will support the Real Estate Team in order to effectively manage the Firm’s Real Estate portfolio.
The salary range in DC for this role is $90k - $110k and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Management of the lease database and all data and documents related to the Firm’s real estate portfolio
- Prepare and develop occupancy budget
- Monthly review of variance reports and follow up
- Annual review of operating and real estate escalations
- Update various schedules and reports to manage data related to the portfolio
- Analyze metrics and trends
- Stay current on new real estate processes, tools, technologies, and market trends
- Participate in real estate projects (office relocations, renovations, and expansions)
- Manage construction project documentation
- Oversee the Firm’s space management system and research new tools to effectively manage space utilization
- Complete special projects regarding various real estate issues, as needed
Additional Skills And Aptitudes
- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, sound judgment and decision- making
- Be organized, able to multi-task, effectively manage time, and work independently
- Exhibit superior attention to detail and take pride in high quality deliverables
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be motivated to continually learn and improve results
- Have strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook, experience with databases a plus
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business with some Real Estate project management, design, and construction experience
- 5+ years of work experience in a professional services environment, or comparable position preferred.
- Willingness to travel, as needed
