About the Real Estate Section
Mintz’s real estate practice represents domestic and international clients in sophisticated, large-scale real estate acquisition, disposition, joint venture, development, financing, and leasing transactions. Our Chambers-ranked team represents Fortune 50 to 500 companies, landlords and tenants, corporate, institutional, family office and individual owners, investors, and developers of multifamily, industrial, office, retail, data center, and other commercial projects across the country. We pride ourselves on helping clients efficiently navigate risks and opportunities in the ever-changing real estate market.
Responsibilities
Mintz is seeking a highly motivated associate with 4+ years of broad commercial real estate experience with a preference for candidates who have substantive experience in financing or joint venture transactions in addition to experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Experience in data center, digital infrastructure or telecommunications transactions is a plus. Candidates must be able to provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team, quickly integrate into our international real estate practice, provide the highest quality of client service in support of a broad range of complex transactions and be dedicated to professional development consistent with this on-track position.
Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at Mintz. Therefore, the firm expects its attorneys to work from the office at least 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission in New York
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and investors
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized and exercise attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings

The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $420,000. This position is bonus eligible. Mintz offers a comprehensive benefits package.
