Key Responsibilities (vary by role):
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the escrow and title process
- Review contracts, loan documents, and title commitments
- Examine property titles and identify potential legal issues
- Communicate with sales professionals, lenders, and buyers
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in title or escrow preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of escrow/title software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, etc.) is a plus
