Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service—proactively sourcing leads, guiding clients through the homebuying journey, and negotiating deals that align with their financial and lifestyle goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Dedicate 15+ hours weekly to prospecting and cultivating buyer relationships
- Open Houses: Host two open houses per month to attract potential clients
- Conversion: Turn leads into scheduled appointments and signed buyer agreements
- Client Consultation: Identify ideal properties through active listening and tailored solutions
- Negotiation: Write and negotiate competitive offers on behalf of buyers
- Team Collaboration: Participate in script practice, training, and team activities
- Organization: Track all client interactions and progress using Brivity CRM
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate professional (or in process)
- Proven sales skills with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Exceptional communicator—both written and verbal
- Natural rapport-builder who listens deeply and problem-solves
- Self-motivated prospector with a knack for overcoming objections
- Growth-oriented and committed to mastering scripts/dialogues
- Highly organized with sharp time management
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Industry experience preferred but not required
