Tarantino Properties is seeking a
Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join their growing team in the Northwest Houston and the Katy area. Fairbanks / Mason Creek Business Park (Northwest Houston) / Mason Creek Business Park (Katy).
The right candidate must have good knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of accounting, leasing, marketing, business development and tenant relations.
Responsibilities
Involved with all operations of managing and leasing commercial properties
Leasing- new and renewals
Reporting interdepartmentally and to clients
Maintains tenant files and digital records/updates internal tracking of insurances/exceptions/options
Collection of rents, preparing an annual budget/escalations, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
Participate in weekly calls with ownership
Qualifications
Active Texas Real Estate License is required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum Of Two Years Of Commercial Property Management Experience
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi - Rent Roll)
