We're on the lookout for a killer Talent Acquisition Partner in our New York office to find, attract, and hire top talent at Instant speed.
Instant is a technology company on a mission to power the world's most innovative brands, driving their revenue and retention on autopilot. We are in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month, have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling this velocity even further!
We're scaling quickly, and bringing in the right people is key to our success. We need a Talent Acquisition Partner who can find and hire top talent fast and efficiently. This role isn’t just about hiring - it’s about shaping the teams that will drive Instant’s future.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will:
- Find, attract, and hire top talent quickly and efficiently
- Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, always ready to hire at Instant speed
- Work closely with hiring managers to define what great talent looks like and execute on hiring goals
- Collaborate with our talent team on ad hoc initiatives to support broader hiring efforts
- Share Instant’s vision and position opportunities as exciting career moves
- Continuously improve our hiring strategies, processes, and candidate experience to keep up with growth
About you:
- Proven experience in hiring marketing and sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- An excellent communicator who knows how to get candidates excited and make them feel engaged at every stage of the process
- A sourcing pro who knows where to find top talent and has the skills to bring them on board quickly
- Highly organised, adaptable, and always staying ahead of the game to keep things moving smoothly
- Motivated by speed, execution, and impact - when something needs to happen, you make it happen
- Nice to have: Experience hiring for startups and SaaS environments, where agility and innovation are key
