đź’ĽThe Role
We're looking for a sharp, creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and assist with content creation to campaign strategy. You’ll work on capturing beautiful NYC office spaces, developing marketing assets, running social media accounts, and helping us grow our brand in the commercial real estate space.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real experience in photography, graphic design, video content, social, email, SEO, and more. You’ll work closely with our brokers and leadership team to execute creative strategies and support our leasing pipeline.
🎯What You’ll Do
- Lead content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing
- Photograph and film office spaces around NYC using Matterport and DSLR gear
- Design marketing materials (flyers, social posts, email visuals) in Canva
- Write compelling listing descriptions and blog-style content
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Support website updates and SEO efforts
- Track and analyze marketing performance (social, email, website)
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy, storytelling, and brand building
🚀What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (real estate experience a plus but not required)
- Strong writing skills and creative eye for visuals
- Familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics
- Photography or video editing experience
- Interest in NYC commercial real estate, startups, or architecture/design
- Someone self-driven, resourceful, and excited to grow with us
