Real Estate Media Specialist (Videographer) – Kenny Teng Photography
Location: Fremont, CA + Surrounding Areas
Type: Part-time, Contracted
Hours: 6–20 hrs/week (some evenings and Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $50–$120 per job (based on scope, discussed in advance)

Kenny Teng Photography is looking for a motivated, organized, and client-focused media specialist to join our team. If you're experienced with a gimbal, love working in the field, and are excited about helping top real estate agents elevate their listings—this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Capture stunning video and photo content for real estate listings.
- Operate gimbals and other video gear to produce smooth, professional visuals.
- Create agent branding content and short-form social media reels.
- Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with our brand and our clients’ needs.
- Provide creative input, offer on-site upgrades, and consult with agents during shoots.
- Stay organized with scheduling, equipment, and file management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Travel to property locations and manage shoot logistics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of videography experience.
- Experience using a gimbal is required.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and shot composition.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and staying organized under deadlines.
- Receptive to feedback and always looking to improve your craft.
- Tech-savvy with access to a computer, iPhone 12 or newer, and stable internet.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of videography experience.
- Gimbal operation experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
- iPhone 12 or higher, personal computer, and internet access.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
