We seek a Customer Service Representative with preferred experience in data entry with an environmental background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting. Particularly seeking applicants who are very organized, have the ability to multi-task, and perform work with a high level of accuracy.
This is an hourly paid position with opportunity for advancement. Job functions and qualifications for the position are as follows:
Job Functions
- Performs data entry, generates various reports for customers, as well as internal reports for the sales team and Project Managers
- Manages daily photo documentation taken by field Technicians
- Prepares daily paperwork for field Technicians (i.e. field work orders, inspection sheets, maps, etc.) for all assigned projects
- Reviews field Technician paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Assists field Technicians with miscellaneous issues and/or logistical questions over the phone
- Assists in creating the daily schedule for field personnel
- Receives telephone calls from customers and transfers calls to appropriate department and/or Sales Representative
- Generates internal work orders for billing purposes and inter-company procedures
- Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in customer relations field preferably with an environmental background
- Minimum education level having high school diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and data entry
- Self-starter able to work with little or minimum supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with customers, strong customer relations skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to accommodate the styles of Sales Representative in customer follow-up and developing proposals
- Able to work as a team

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
