The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Leasing Associate to help drive occupancy, build strong relationships with prospective residents, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our luxury properties.
This is a great opportunity to grow your real estate career with a company that values people, performance, and professionalism. This agent will work with our Leasing Director on the Uptown Portfolio, consisting of 3 luxury residential properties.
Essential Job Functions
• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments
• Respond to inquiries promptly and knowledgeably
• Manage and update apartment listings daily
• Communicate the value of the community to prospects
• Follow up consistently and use strong closing techniques
• Guide prospects through the application process in line with company policies
• Build strong relationships with residents and the property management team
• Foster a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
• Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately
• Assist with lease renewals and related reporting
• Prepare and analyze leasing reports and market data
• Share market insights with the Leasing Director and Marketing team
• Stay up to date on industry trends and local competition
• Maintain on-site presence and engage with tenants, staff, and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Active Real Estate Salesperson’s License.
• 2+ years of experience in on-site luxury multi-family leasing OR related real estate role.
• Knowledgeable of the NYC residential rental market.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and an effective communicator
• Administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in navigating computers and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with iLuvLeasing, On-Site, and Yardi is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.
• Experience with NYC 421-A rent-stabilized properties is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
