Seeking an exceptional Executive/Personal Assistant in Tribeca. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage both personal and business-related tasks supporting a busy businesswoman who is on many boards, loves art, and travels frequently.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
• Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries - both domestic and private.
• Oversee household management, including coordinating vendors and staff.
• Run errands, including shopping, returns, reservations, and personal requests.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for both business and personal gatherings.
• Manage email correspondence, calls, and administrative tasks.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and expense reports.
• Provide on-the-go support, anticipating needs and problem-solving as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
