The Leasing Coordinator will work besides and be mentored by senior executives and will be provided with all the tools for success laying the foundation for a promising company within the company.
You will be expected to assure there remains no apartment vacancy in our portfolio. You will be responsible for managing leads in a customer relationship management system, setting and attending appointments, and closing transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and finalizing real estate rental transactions
- Must be available full-time Monday - Friday as well as weekends for in-person viewings of the apartments
- Follow up with potential leads, speaking by phone, e-mail, and in-person to find out their needs and what we can offer them
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and leasing targets while responding efficiently to tenant inquiries
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field (Real Estate Knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to learn quickly and be computer savvy
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Familiarity with StreetEasy & other rental platforms
- Bachelor's Degree
- Real estate broker license is not required
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission per signed rental
- Potential to Make $120k+
