GinnLaw, P.C's legal practice focuses on real estate, business and construction matters. We have a remarkable opportunity available to the right attorney. The lead trial attorney, David Ginn, is available to directly mentor and give associates a broad range of training - not just in the practice of law, but in the management of a law practice. This position gives the right candidate the opportunity to become an equity partner on a relatively short time frame with the objective of taking over the law practice once Mr. Ginn retires.
GinnLaw, PC, seeks an experienced attorney with a background in construction and real estate litigation. Candidates must possess excellent writing, research and advocacy skills and be licensed to practice in California. The successful candidate for this position will have significant responsibilities for handling litigation, with some transactional work. There will be substantial exposure and participation to cases in active litigation, the ability to take full responsibility over matters and learn to develop and maintain a successful legal practice. Benefits include health insurance, gym membership, and hybrid/remote working arrangements after a suitable training period.
A resume and writing sample must be submitted for consideration. Writing samples can be correspondence, memorandum of points and authorities, or other similar writing demonstrating the candidate's analytical skills and ability to present a persuasive position. The writing sample must be the candidate's own work, with minimal outside assistance or editing. Redaction of writing samples to protect client confidentiality is expected.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on real estate and construction law matters.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in litigation, negotiating settlements and advocating for their interests.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis AI to support case preparation.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in the law office.
