We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and portfolio management. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, equity research, and cash flow analysis, as well as the ability to effectively communicate findings through financial report writing.
Duties
- Perform cash flow analysis and financial modeling to evaluate potential investments.
- Assist in loan processing and origination by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Engage in portfolio management activities, monitoring performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports that summarize findings and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate terms of real estate transactions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and economic factors affecting the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Statistics or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in equity research or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and tools used in real estate analysis.
- Familiarity with loan processing and origination processes is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing and presentations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
