GinnLaw, PC, seeks an experienced attorney with a background in construction and real estate litigation. Candidates must possess excellent writing, research and advocacy skills and be licensed to practice in California. The successful candidate for this position will have significant responsibilities for handling litigation, with some transactional work. GinnLaw offers a unique opportunity to be mentored by an experienced litigator and teacher in both the practice and business of the law. A direct path to equity participation is available. A resume and writing sample must be submitted for consideration. Writing samples can be correspondence, memorandum of points and authorities, or other similar writing demonstrating the candidate's analytical skills and ability to present a persuasive position. The writing sample must be the candidate's own work, with minimal outside assistance or editing. Redaction of writing samples to protect client confidentiality is expected.
