What You’ll Work On
You'll rotate across our core teams to gain exposure to:
📍 Brokerage – Sales + leasing, market research, property tours, deal sourcing
📍 Property Management – Rent collection, tenant relations, site visits, vendor coordination
📍 Receivership & Turnarounds – Learn how we stabilize distressed assets
📍 Investment & Underwriting – Shadow deal evaluations, assist in financial models
📍 Marketing & Strategy – Branding, asset positioning, and digital outreach
📍 Accounting & Reporting – Budgets, reconciliations, and ownership reports
