Davis Moore is seeking a high-performing and proactive team player for a role on our healthcare practice group team. Davis Moore is a boutique real estate firm with a history in tenant representation and build- to-suit development projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte areas. We are experienced, entrepreneurial thinkers working exclusively for health systems and physician practice groups to solve their real estate needs. Required Education, Experience and Skills:
· Must be called to follow Davis Moore mission and values
· Ambitious and growth oriented
· Real estate license (not required for interview but will be necessary to obtain)
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
· High emotional intelligence for dealing with sensitive client issues
· High financial acumen preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile.
· Must live in Raleigh, NC or Durham, NC.
Job Duties:
· Work on a results-oriented team of brokers.
· Prepare meeting materials, assemble financial models and PowerPoints for client review.
· Research and network to stay on top of new available space availabilities and sites.
· Conduct market and competitor research.
· Review and abstract lease documentation.
· Conduct property tours.
· Evaluating clients’ desires and economic capabilities.
· Participate in client meetings and become integrated into the client relationships
· Advise clients on market conditions, prices and related matters.
· Additional responsibilities will be assigned as skills are developed.

Organization: Creates, implements, and utilizes efficient systems and methods to maintain a highly organized and neat workspace and office. Establishes and maintains records management systems that are easily understood and utilized, and that are compliant with all rules, laws, and regulations. Help develop a property research database and efficient server arrangement for the team members to access all company data.
Teamwork: Works enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing in words and by actions. Facilitates and provides support to other departments and team members as necessary.
Innovation: Creates and delivers professional and fresh materials to our clients and team to further differentiate the firm. Identifies opportunities to better our deliverables, and thoughtfully and thoroughly communicates ideas to the team for consideration and approval.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The work is performed primarily in an office setting in Raleigh, NC with routine desk and computer work, light lifting (not more than 25 lbs.), driving, and bending for filing. Ability to work occasionally on evenings/weekends.
