They are hiring a Director of Asset Management for their growing North American team, managing critical infrastructure assets across utilities, energy transmission, transportation, and social infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio company directorships and board governance
- Full P&L accountability for asset performance and value growth
- Strategic initiatives including refinancings and acquisitions
- Interface with regulators and management of key stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- 10+ years' infrastructure investment/asset management experience
- Director-level experience in comparable assets
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments
- Experience in infrastructure/energy transition sectors preferred
