We are currently seeking a talented, reliable, and experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our growing team as a contractor in the San Francisco, San Jose, and Greater Bay Area.

We are looking for someone who is not just skilled with a camera, but understands how to capture homes with intention, clarity, and creativity — someone who knows that powerful visuals sell homes and can deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate photography
Proficient in:
Drone photography & drone videography
Cinematic video walkthroughs
Matterport 3D Tours (must own a Matterport-compatible camera)
Strong knowledge of three-point perspective, composition, and how to photograph front and rear exteriors with impact
Must have:
Reliable personal transportation
A high-speed internet connection
A dependable computer for uploading and communication
Professional, responsive, and available throughout the week (including weekends)
Comfortable working independently and beyond standard 9–5 hours
Responsible and dependable with a strong sense of time management
Portfolio required: You must submit a portfolio demonstrating your previous real estate photography, videography, drone work, and Matterport examples (if available)

Bonus if you:

Have experience shooting high-end luxury properties
Understand how to frame spaces to highlight size, light, and architectural flow
Are passionate about visual storytelling and real estate marketing
