Vine Hospitality is a collection of eight high-end restaurant brands rooted in culinary excellence and exceptional guest experiences across the Bay Area. With exciting expansion on the horizon, we are growing our people function and seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across the organization.
This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy, systems-minded recruiter who’s energized by building structure from scratch and thrives in a high-growth, service-oriented environment. While restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, what matters most is a genuine interest in the industry, a sharp recruiting instinct, and the willingness to dig in and get things done.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across restaurant and corporate roles
- Build and refine scalable systems for recruiting, tracking, and reporting, with a focus on speed and quality
- Partner with operational leaders to identify hiring needs and design tailored recruiting strategies for each brand/location
- Leverage JazzHR to manage workflows and candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and organized communications
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Vine’s values and culture
- Work closely with the VP of Operations and HR Director to shape talent acquisition strategy during a critical growth phase
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in hospitality is helpful but not required
- Comfort with technology and strong experience using ATS/HRIS platforms like JazzHR and Paylocity
- A self-starter mentality - proactive, organized, and excited to roll up your sleeves and make an impact
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- A passion for people, hospitality, and helping teams grow with intention
Compensation & The Opportunity Ahead
This is a full-time, exempt role with a base salary range of $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be based in California and willing to travel to the Bay Area as needed.
