What You'll Do:

- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions

- Generate leads and cultivate client relationships

- Stay up-to-date on local market conditions and trends

- Attend team meetings, trainings, and networking events

- Maintain compliance with all DRE regulations and documentation standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Active California Real Estate License

- 2+ years of experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

- Familiarity with Morgan Hill, Gilroy, or surrounding areas is a plus

Compensations:

This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can expect six-figure incomes and above with the right commitment and drive.
