Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Brooklyn, NY. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for commercial leasing, negotiating lease terms, lease administration, and property management. Daily tasks include showing properties to prospective tenants, facilitating lease agreements, and maintaining property leasing records. The Leasing Agent will ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and handling Leases
- Skills in Property Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
