Key Responsibilities
- Leasing and Marketing
- Conduct property tours and highlight the features, amenities, and benefits of living in a luxury residential community.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing detailed information about available units and leasing terms.
- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants, including digital campaigns and local outreach.
- Resident Relations
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the leasing and renewal process.
- Address tenant concerns or maintenance requests by coordinating with the property management team.
- Administrative Duties
- Process lease applications, verify tenant qualifications, and manage lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities in the property management software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates.
