The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who’s excited to shape the future of how hiring gets done, not just at our company, but for companies everywhere. In this role, you’ll work directly with our founding team.
This is more than just an execution role, we’re looking for a thought partner, a systems thinker, and someone with a deep understanding of how to scale hiring teams and make them smarter.

What You’ll Do
- Advise on hiring frameworks, talent operations, and tools
- Partner closely with the founders to tend to our customers' hiring needs
- Contribute strategic insights into product development (yes, your voice matters)
- Help us scale a diverse, high-performance teams for our customers from the ground up

- You’ve led or built talent acquisition teams at startups or scaling companies
- You’ve managed full-cycle recruiting and understand the challenges of high-growth environments
