As the welcoming heart of Pete's, you will:

- Manage the book efficiently, ensuring smooth and organized flow within the restaurant.
- Provide accurate and courteous wait time estimates.
- Clearly communicate with guests regarding seating availability and any relevant information.
- Escort guests to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
- Bid farewell to departing guests with sincere gratitude, leaving them with a positive lasting impression.
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
- Assist with answering phones and taking reservations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must be a natural at making people feel welcome!
