We're currently looking for a full-time Director of First Impressionsto be the welcoming face of our company. This key role is responsible for greeting guests, managing front-desk operations, and supporting multiple departments with various administrative tasks—all while maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a can-do attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and team members with friendliness and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including project assistance
- Help wrap homeowner gifts
- Support the HR team with employee recognition initiatives such as birthday and anniversary gifts
- Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and inviting
Requirements
- Has a friendly, professional demeanor

- Ability to handle stress with poise and professionalism
- Is great at anticipating what might be needed and what is next
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
