CBH Homes—the #1 Home Builder in Idaho—is looking for a Software Assistant to join our cutting edge Sales Tech Team. You'll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our software systems to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient operations across the company.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Support our Sales Tech Team by responding to software-related requests and troubleshooting issues
Manage and refine workflows inside our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform - Salesforce
Assist in the implementation, testing, and rollout of new software tools and technologies
Troubleshoot and evaluate user experience with emerging systems to ensure smooth adoption
Link data between platforms to reduce duplicate work and maintain clean, accurate records across all systems
Brainstorm, build, and implement AI-driven tools and automations that help us move faster and smarter
Track requests, manage tasks, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and execution

Requirements

Comfortable navigating and exploring new technologies, platforms, and digital tools

Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, or other automation platforms
