Laborer – Sealcoat | Paving Division
Keeley Construction is looking to add experienced and hard-working Laborers to our Paving Division, specializing in sealcoat operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of sealcoat work including prep, application, and clean-up.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, raking, and shoveling to support paving and sealcoat crews.
- Operate small tools and equipment including blowers, squeegees, and spray systems.
- Help with setting up and removing traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades).
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and assist with equipment cleanup.
- Follow all Keeley Construction and OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Show up on time and ready to work each day.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in paving or sealcoat work.
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
