Our client is one of North America’s largest developers of industrial real estate with over 25M sq.ft. developed, and another 10M+ sq.ft. in the pipeline. They are a Calgary based company that opened their first US office (Phoenix) in 2020. They are extremely active and have already developed dozens industrial properties throughout the Southwest US.
Job duties for this Senior Manager - US Industrial Leasing role will include working with Senior Management and 3rd party providers to lease their newly developed spec buildings in Phoenix, Dallas and Las Vegas. This includes over 20 buildings in various stages of development and additional projects in the pipeline. This role will be the #2 person on the US Industrial Leasing team and will work closely with the Senior Director of US Industrial Leasing (also based in Phoenix).
An ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and 3 -10 years of leasing experience, ideally with industrial properties. Knowledge of multiple Southwest US markets is preferred, but not required. Someone currently with a developer or experience representing Landlords is an ideal fit.
