What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls daily to targeted seller leads (we provide the lists, the tools, and the training you need to win)
- Field inbound calls and live leads from our marketing campaigns
- Build real relationships, understand seller motivation, and guide them to solutions
- Stay sharp and organized - manage follow-ups and notes within our CRM
- Set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions Executives
- Hit and exceed clear daily and weekly targets → with coaching and support to back you up
- Grow with the company → advancement opportunities into leadership positions available.

What You’ll Earn
Top performers in this role can realistically earn $200K+ OTE, with no cap on your potential.

- Year 1 $80K–$100K+
